There aren’t a lot of opportunities for your California Military Department’s younger Service members to get spiffy in their fancy dress uniforms. The annual Service member of the Year Banquet is a notable exception. With free tickets available to junior members for the first time ever, more people were able to attend with their special guests for one very special evening.
